The VenRus factor

Wasn't VenRus supposed to be the outfit to mine LC and LB? Maybe the combined company ( which is still all speculation) would BE VenRus, and as such, recieve funding from this new bank.

BY the way, I can't remember if the new mining company put together between Russia and Venezuela is VenRus, or the new bank....was one called VenRusco?....the Bank?
