EZ, yes....thats pretty much what i'm saying....the icsid ruling might change with the political winds/economy...but historically...yes, i'm saying lost profits are far from gauranteed...
if you let it go, my last comment on the matter will be this...take a look at the "autopista vs. venezuela" (one of the two concluded venezuela) icsid cases....look at the "award" pages 82-93 (lost profits). especially the last couple pages that site precedants.....

i cant post the direct page so go to "cases", then "advanced search", then type in "venezuela" in the respondent box.....this will list all the ven cases....then click on the autopista case, then award, then english... then read the lost profits decision and let me know what you think...
i'm not saying the oil companies (and others who can show a history of profits) wont see lost profit awards....i'm just saying i see some similarities between this case and kry/grz's case....
