If it was leaked that someone wanted in on LC (buyout), our stock price would rise and thus make the buyout more expensive and possibly kill it. If they keep the deal quiet, it possible happens but we probably don't get as much because the deal was struck with KRY sitting at .27. Kind of a pickle if you ask me.
