It's reassuring that Fung has stated he will have no problem raising money to pay off the bondholders and see us through future years of legal expenses related to arbitration...otherwise I would be concerned that this could have negative repercussions. I predict we will get news one way or the other (arbitration....deal or corporate reorganization) on or before February 15th, 2010.
