I'm not sure how you can read the above into such a decision. I spoke to one of the Bondholders' Lawyer's today and what I was told was that it was public knowledge that the agreed date for the hearing to set the schedule was Oct. 26 - 28. Unless you are clairvoyant I would suggest not reading too much into the date chosen. What it does do I think is give a bit of breathing room for KRY to work something out before the company runs out of cash.
