but hugo's fault, the russians fault, i dont see where it matters anymore. fact is that our partners have lied to us for years and nothing has ever developed. also, i no longer believe hugo gives a rats ass if we get paid by anyone or not, i dont think arbitration means jack to him....his long term plans dont involve icsid imo....

however, if hugo was to suddenly "no longer be president" my views on this whole situation could change real fast....i would bet kry could get an approval for LC before the next president even took office.....
