Waiting vrs. Filing

This seems to be a debate as to whether or not our esteemed leader, Robert Fung knows what he is doing. Is he doing it better than any one of us knows, or should he file for arbitration right now?

I have to think that after many many years at the helm of Crystallex, that Mr. Fung has a very good take on 'our man in Venezuela'. He obviously knows him at least as well as anyone here. Don't you think he has just a little more knowledge, a little more 'sense', of Chavez and his pertinent officials and Ministers, than us? Those of us that do the vast majority of the DD have garnered everything there is to know about VZ and Chavez, albiet it ALL comes from the public domain. We here are most likely in the top 1000 people in the whole wide world, when it comes to knowing what is happening in the gold mining sector in VZ, specifically to do with KRY and those 'officials' that KRY deals with.

I would say that Robert Fung is very near the top of that list. And when it comes to knowing how Chavez thinks, and ACTS, he will be away ahead of us. He WILL have people on the inside, who advise him. He DOES know what is going on with the negotiations. Chavez is known to get very upset when a company goes ahead and files for Arbitration, while negotiations are underway. We don't need to give him any more reason to get in a 'tizzy', and throw a 'hissy fit'

With this amount of time having gone by since June 6th, and with no Arb. being filed, I have to believe that we are making enough progress towards a settlement, that Fung would not 'rock the boat' by putting out a press release. He is in hot water already because of supposedly leading investors into thinking something was going on regarding a permit. KRY is in court because of it.

I am very cash strapped, anxious, and check out this site 3-4 times a day. I do NOT want this tied up in arbitration, waiting in line for our 'kick at the cat'. That could very well be years. I feel we have a much better chance of getting a settlement sooner than later, by letting our 'front man' continue his relentless dealings in a very very difficult situation.

Just my opinion......P
