I don't disagree with you CJR -- we could use a PR that says SOMETHING, but not just a "hey we're working on it."

IMO, Fung either needs to wrap up his negotiations fast and make a deal, or file and get the arb process going. I have to assume that he's been working on it since the arb deadline passed, but days turn to months and months to years with this stock.

KRY talking endlessly with "interested parties" while they wait to see Hugo's fate is pointless and just delays our ultimate recovery. I would like to see something of substance announced before the GRZ arb filing in October.
