CJR, what we really need is some action on the noteholder front. A press release indicating that their actions had been completely withdrawn would go a very long way in boosting confidence in Crystallex IMO. I'm sure that the share price would get a very nice lift on that info alone.

Of course, something concrete regarding a settlement, financing or an arbitration decision would have an impact as well, but right now, the noteholder action is our immediate problem.
