If you were to make an educated guess on the arbitration filing date, when do you think KRY must file it?

Do we have enough info to even do make a guess?

Initially, I thought some of us felt by August...then by the end of summer...but here we are.

Money is running out and the noteholders will probably not wait forever. If nothing changes on those issues, I would thiink we are close to the point that it must be filed...

But could we realistically go through Sept, Oct, even Nov...with no real news and no arbitration?
