With all due respect, after watching a program about Hugo several month ago about he and his minions/cabinets ministers, IMO they are all a bunch of puppets asleep at the wheel with not the slightest desire to challenge Hugo for fear of losing their jobs. The reality is, Hugo is a despot, the economy is in shambles and nobody wants to be without at job.
