Looks like Rusoro isn't getting any preferential treatment. I remember Agapov or the other guy in Rusoro saying they didn't have a problem with the amount allowed for export. Looks to me like it's hurting them too. It will be interesting. I have a feeling that part of our hold up might be that Agapov is not happy about the difficulty with exporting, and is working on getting some changes to the law......I keep forgetting about that law,,,,selling, what, 60 or 70 % to Venezuela if they want it? At the official rate? That may very well be a sticking point....Lotta bucks were talking about in the difference between official rate and black market rate.
