I just sent the fllowing correction to Mr. Skinner with regards to his statement re: Crystallex having had their 'concession' expropriated.

Mr Skinner.
I would like to correct you on a very important point
In your section ii)...you state that both Crystallex's Las Crystinas, and Gold Reserves Las Brisas had been Expropriated by the VZ government.....NOT SO.
Gold Reserve had one concession, used for access, not renewed.Their main concession has NOT been expropriated.
Crystallex does not have a concession, they have an MOC, which is an Operating Contract, in full force, and iron clad.
VZ has not issued the enviromental permit...that is the holdup.
