How do you know how much to finance for if you don't know or can't project what your expenses and legal fees will be over the the life of the arbitration. KRY doesn't even know what the life of the arb will be. I really don't think it is any part of Venezuela's strategy to drag this out to try to bankrupt KRY. To do that would be to totally underestimate Fung. Yes, they are a bunch of dumb a$$s but that strategy is not realistic IMO.
