Be a little careful when valuing equipment. As Doug B said in the CC GRZ in their most recent sale of $10 million worth of new mining equipment only got $7 million for it. Not a major loss but a loss never the less..

Two years ago anyone with equipment ready to go could sell it for a premium. Not now unfortunately....
