Thanks for all the responses. Whether one decides to sell at the current price or holds until they are pushing daisies is not what I am concerned with, this is a matter of personal choice dependent on each induvidual's interpretation of the situation. I am not advocating selling here or even at two dollars because I would like to get a big return on this investment and like some advocated, at the same time put the world of hurt on the Vennies for being estupido.
What I am looking at is there have been a lot of shares traded under two dollars for awhile. The investment funds went from 30% to 10% involvement and many retail bought under $2 or averaged under $2. Also we do not really know who has been buying all the way down to ten cents, to obtain shareholder voting rights, and were these proxies bought to vote yes on a lowball offer because they benefit in other ways?
My hope is when it is time to make a decision we are provided clear choices by our BOD. As soon as a buyout or settlement terms are announced, I would like to know what the BOD figures as the losses / damages are, what the potential arbitration settlement would be worth and their assesment / recommendation on a course of action for the shareholders. Similar to the way Balanger is open about his plans and what he is seeking at arbitration, we would then have something definitive to discuss.
