Let's just hope others feel the same. We don't have the cash to file without financial backing.

I don't think either the Russians or the Chinese really want to jump in until this is resolved, but like us, Hugo can't settle with KRY & GRZ without their help.

At least Doug has now up'd the time frame. I'm not looking forward to waiting until OCT but hey, it's better than DEC.
