Talked to RM on Friday, if you haven't spoke to him before I recommend you giving him a call. He picked me up the first time I called. A few highlights:

1. Note holders - The ball is in their court….now that July 31st has passed the Note holders are able to bring the oppression claim back to court, if they feel it is needed.

2. Class action lawsuit - KRY filed for a dismissal of the case last week (not sure what day).

The rest of the conversion was just confirming info we already know, but it was nice to hear it from him.
