Kry doesn't have a JV with VZ currently. CVG has the rights to LC and Kry is contracted to build and operate the mine. The story deals with an actual JV with Kry like Rusoro supposedly has with VZ.

I like the implications of the story except where they take about money. Kry currently doesn't have the money needed for LC. They would need a partner or the permit to secure financing.

The thing with a JV is that VZ would be responsible for their share of costs of building the mine which currently falls 100% to Kry.

Anyway we look at it we have Mibam's Herrera on record as saying that VZ might for a JV with Kry which is very positive news. All we have ever gotten before was that it would be mined by the Russians. Add in the statement that who ever forms a JV should be ready to start working immediately. Kry has said in the past they would be ready to start immediately.

The comment about money isn't great but with a JV or permit obtaining money shouldn't be an issue.

I doubt this will do anything for the share price but anything positive from the VZ end is always good news. Now let's get it done ASAP.
