Midasinvz......I believe out case is different from all the rest, as this is not nationalization, and this a project that is not off the ground yet, and there is a kickass Contract in place......not to mention all the years and money KRY has spent on social projects.

I also think that there has been up to a year possibly, where there has been 'talks with high level officials'. This didn't happen over night like most of the takeovers. I have a feeling that the low balling is going on or has gone on behind the scenes. Don't forget, this likely involves another company, who will be in on the discussions to some extent.....possibley leading the discussions, who knows. My sense is that when we hear something, it will be because Fung has reached a deal with whomever, or he's going to tell us that the talks have broken down, and KRY will be filing for International Arbitration, and making a formal tequest to the Canadian Government to step into the fray on an official level.

But as we all know, we haven't done a great job at predicting an end to this madness.

I believe we will hear something by months end.
