GW - I don't know where to begin. I am not an expert on cross trading but it is generally an agreed upon transaction between large shareholders that occurs "outside" of normal trading. I don't know how it works but I have usually discounted cross trades.

I am really at a loss right now on what to do. You know I am a trader and prior to the permit denial the most shares I ever held was 36,000. I've traded when I could but lately have been mostly accumulating and I have over 5x that now.

My gut tells me something is going on that I think we can benefit from. I'm not a big Fung fan. I have been in large corporations that are publicy traded. Their concerns are for the BOD #1, the employees #2, large shareholders #3 and anything left over for the retail shareholders. The equipment value mostly protects the noteholders, the recent options protects the BOD and employees.

While I don't think Mr. Fung really cares about the retail shareholder I think that any deal that benefits the company at this point will benefit us.

I think the very least we can expect is a return of our social investments, which is I believe $350 million. The equipment has a retail value of $60 million according to KRY (if they were to sell it at auction). That value = $410 million. Take out the noteholder debt and we are still worth $1 per share. If I were tha Canadian Govt I would be outraged at that.

KRY invested $350 million in social projects and after 7 years to be only given back what they invested...VZ is treading on thin ground. They have pissed off most of the free world. Despite the many reports that VZ is giving LC to the Russians I believe they have stated that the legal issues need to be resolved first.

Much depends on the cajones of the Canadian Government but I personnally can't see us getting out of this for less than $1 a share.

So why are we at $ 0.23 per share? KRY is mostly a retail shareholder stock and retail shareholders very rarely do any DD and they are rulled by emotion. Large institutions know this and they use it. As everyone is selling their holdings, I believe smart speculators are accumulating.

If everyone would wake up to the reality that this is a $1 stock minimum no matter what then we would have a much higher value in the market. Unfortunately, most retail shareholders are not smart enough to see this.
