Even though our SP continues to slide (which usually happens after the known bully characters show up and tell us they have inside knowledge of great events bashing anyone who questions them) I still have to ask one question:

The bondholders were pretty negative in their filing and only agreed to delay their case with prejudice until the end of July.

KRY mgt has said they are in constant talks with the noteholders. As is typical, we retail shareholders have been told nothing.

Still, with the deadline reached and KRY's cash almost out, why have the noteholders not pressed their case? If it were me, I would press my case if I had not been told something substantive by KRY.

I take this lack of action by the noteholders as a positive. I did sell a little when the bully boy showed up, but I have been buying more at .2399 and .23 the last two days.

I think something has been done and while KRY has no concern for retail shareholders I think the silence speaks volumes. I hope I am right.

The next few weeks should e interesting.
