The president of the Venezuelan Olympic Committee Eduardo Alvarez and Canada's ambassador to Venezuela in Perry Calderwood held a meeting to strengthen ties in sport.

"The proposed cooperation between the two countries aims to raise levels of the same and athletes from both countries," said the leader of VOCs.

The work program includes the exchange of technical sports softball, athletics, wrestling and canoeing.
