a couple of weeks ago sanz was addressing some disgruntled gold miners (i think) and said the plan would be revealed in a couple weeks....it's a reach! but maybe....

only scary part is that i'm not sure i want sanz/hugo to tell me what they are gonna do with LC anymore........every word out of the ven govts mouth (when they say anything)seems to get worse.....

if hugo says anything it will probably be:
