Arturo Briceño: Ríos Bolívar state will not be monitored by Ministry of
Environment

Ciudad Bolívar .- physiatrist reported that Arturo Briceño Bolívar state is
not listed in the Ministry of the Environment to monitor water quality.
Briceno, who has long been investigating on purity and impurity of the water
consumed in Bolivar State, especially in the Guyanese capital, said he saw with
