I have been very clear EZ, that what ever entity wants to pay for KRY, probably the Russians, they will do it because Chavez will give them the permit in a heart beat. In fact, that will already have been worked out. No money will be exchanged unless the permit is in the bag. Of course if you think Chavez is so unstable that he would tell the Russian entity 'yeh sure you'll get the permit, and then screw them? ....Yeh sure

EZ, me thinks your somewhat biased. Just look at the rest of the world....especially the US?

Talk about being in a fiancial mess. Talk about not being able to handle their own finances. Sure, I hope they come out of this in good shape at some point, but one can't call the kettle black when....? I really don't think any country is in any great shape right know. We'll just have to wait and see, won't we.
