The CVG bond thing is certainly not the only way that gold will be? used for paying back money. Lets not forget that the Russian/VZ bank wants gold to be part of its method of payments. Chavez has been borrowing $$$$ like crazy, and not everyone wants his heavy oil. There is still a need for the LC gold to start flowing, and enough money being borrowed to get VZ partnered with another entity.....Russian I think....end of August?.....maybe announcement at the opening of the med center......

Someone was suggesting that no VZ orginization was stepping up to the plate to take over the clinic when it is complete. I remember a post, a couple weeks past I think, that stated that the Dept. of Health, or some such, were going to be. There was also talk at that time about who was going to be managing the sewage treatment plant.

It would be just too much egg on his face, to have KRY put up all the money to build the clinic, and everyone locally knows it, and then have no authority there to take it on. The local media is starting to bring up the subject, so lets watch the next week, and see what builds up. Could be fun, informative, maybe even exciting.
