Why would GG ,or some other large miner, not be willing to buy out the present bondholders plus put in more cash to see us thru arb.or the wait ?? Most of their money would be covered by the equip. and being first in line for the cash if any deal fails.

They would then be in a great spot to step in as a buyer or partner with a prearranged deal when the time came. We would have some teeth in our dealings with Hugo and be able to wait out whatever. OF
