That is minimum due to the fact of lost revenue/profits. That will have a partial reimbursement in my estimation. The contract is worth billions but we will see less than 1B back IMHO. Even if you seek 500M in direct comp and a few hundred mill in lost rev/prof - a few bucks would be nice. Anything else above that is gravy and should be squeezed out of the vennies/partner which remains to be seen. The 2B Fung mentions is not gonna happen IMHO - if we see 1.2+ I will be dancing in the streets.
