As far as selling shares, yes your right, anybody can buy them without any Vz approval. I never claimed otherwise.
The Company being sold is a different story, sure it can be sold but it does not automatically come with the contract intact, just like it states within it(contract) that it(contract) cannot be sold, re-assigned or given to anyone else. Now do you see the difference and what I amactually saying.
Do you think KRY would seek Vz approval on any sale to make sure the contract can go with it? I would think it can be assumed as a requirement.
That is all I was trying to get accross Rayzz, seems pretty simple doesn't it?
