Notwithstanding some of the pro-socialist opinions that were routinely posted a couple of years ago (you know....the "Go Hugo!" type), I think most reasonable people now understand that Hugo does NOT offer fair compensation for what he takes. On the one hand the fact that "all" we have is a binding, legal contract rather than a constructed, producing mine is an inducemet for Hugo to screw us since he obviously has no respect for the law....not even his own constitution. Unfortunately for Hugo, that is the very same reason that he has to deal with us. He won't produce squat without Las Cristinas being constructed. Venezuela is too incompetent to do it by themselves....and it is likely that any foreign national with the wherewithal to construct the mine will not walk thru our contract. Hell...even the Russians want the ability to go to international arbitration. No one trusts this creep. Why should they?
