You gotta be kidding me kbecker. What management team is going to let their company bleed to death and then file for BK???? That's not a strategy. Give them more credit. I for one believe they know exactly what the situation is and what our chances for a permit are. I also believe that they/we will not go down without a fight. To get rid of us will cost $$$$'s.
