Within the framework of the binational encounter between the Deputy prime minister of the Russian Federation, Igor Sechin, and the president of the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, subscribed the constituent and estatuario document of the Ceramic Complex “Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda”.

This project, that is located in the Anzoátegui state, has the objective to produce floor tiles, medical facilities, water soluble sets of dishes, paintings or of rubber, I beat ceramic, ceramic artisan, compatible blocks, roofing tiles and, for the local market.

The creation of the complex was agreed to in November of 2008, when the republics of Russia and Venezuela subscribed Binational Agreement to construct a Ceramic Complex, with a distribution shareholder of the fifty percent (50%) for each one of the parts.

The raw material that it will process is the been useful one in Planta de Refinación de Caolín that the Russian company Ruscaolín installs in the Sifontes municipality (Kilometer 88) of the state Bolivar, which presents/displays an advance of 90% and esteem begins operations in December of this year.

The Ceramic Complex “Francisco de Miranda” has an area of extension of 114,000 meters squared, will generate 1731 uses direct and 5933 indirect ones. And it will be integrated by the plants of Toilets; Floor tiles and Enameled Stoneware; Sets of dishes; Rubber painting; and of Ceramic Glue.

By the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG) and the National Institute of Geology and Mining (Ingeomin) and by the Russian Federation are responsible to materialize this project, the Agapov Group represented by the company Ruscaolin C.a. (Prensa CVG)
