i have a lot of questions....this same article was also in el universal (minus the last three paragraphs about LC and oil).

it's obvious this money is supposed to take the place of the $4bil CVG bond issue (that nobody is interested in) so the money (if it comes) should be used for CVG debt..i dont see where this money gets ven out it's "legal issues" with regard to LC/LB..

also, this part has me curious. there was no mention of gold/diamonds anywhere in the article except this....so how do they know hugo was referring to gold and diamonds? was something else said that did'nt make the article?
