WTF is roy doing? is he completely nuts?

i just checked the google ven news and got three seperate stories (all tied to "the pink one") and apperantly roy is the only reporter to have the scoop on rolling blackouts and horrible internet connections in caracas related to the coup......PR (priessenmeinaburger) is also carrying the vheadline story...suprise...

apparently it's true because some US-venezuelan lawyer says it's pure BS...???
