I think that the 31st was a date that many felt was a kinda deadline, as that was the date that KRY and the Bondholders would next be in court. Some thought that if things weren't sorted out by then, that the Bondholders could pull the plug....doesn't seem like that's the case.

They will just be in court to set the next hearing date.....however things still may be on the move next week.
