The information covered in the SEC filing is a "public" publication of the information that was covered in the Management Information Circular distributed to all shareholders prior to the AM. This is nothing more than a posting of the new options plan accepted by the shareholders during the AM. The option swap was covered in that section.

You can find it by going to the company's website - investor information - 2008 Annual Report and Meeting materials - Management Information Circular. See pages 6 though about 12 or 13 of the document.

This is not new. Just a public filing of what was voted on and accepted at the AM.
