by this point in time kry must have a bunch of dirt on government officials (especially rangel the rascal)....if we do end up leaving the country to pursue intl arbitration i would greatly appreciate kry submitting to a local and natl ven news agency a "interview" about how much money we gave to various officials over the years for the purpose of building infrastructure, etc.....

i'm guessing it would'nt take long for a decent journalist to find out that $20mil+ for a water plant or x$mil's for a clinic did'nt result in much of a project being built....or was quickly re-directed elsewhere.

it might be petty, but it also might help the ven people get a grasp on reality...
