CJR.....I'm in no way really knowledgeable in this stuff, but my take on this is that if an 'elligable person' wants to give up their options before the termination date, they can, and they will get back shares for the amount of money the options were worth when issued.

I didn't even bother spending the time to do the X-Y thing.
