Well guys... IMO we do not need to worry about water plants, hospitals, roads, equipment, MOC, bondholders, etc etc. All parties are waiting for the final chapter to evolve... soon... that explains the status quo. Hugo may not be able to remain afloat much longer without a radical change in his views and actions. When could it happen... much sooner that we where 1 year ago...

Note: Nontheless the above... no doubt in my mind that the SP has been, is and will be awfully manipulated by opportunistic people...

Hang in there ! I do not see any resolution done in any front...with the exception of the comments above...
