Is what is occurring on a "daily basis"?

I am not by any means implying that management has been dishonest, but it seems that FOR MONTHS we have heard that...

they have been in contact...

or in communication...

or in talks...

with VZ officials...

or various VZ parties on different government levels...

The VZ - KRY dilemma is complex, but it is not THAT COMPLEX. In other words -- by now -- if not months ago -- all of the issues should have been out on the table.

By now -- ALL PARTIES -- should know where they stand.

Are VZ officials rasing new issues on a daily basis? If so, what are they?

If not, we should all know where we stand by now...

There really is nothing more to discuss.

We are either going to work this out or we are not.

VZ will do the right thing or it will not.

Really, in light of how long this has gone on -- right now -- today -- July 2009 --
