Trying to keep it simple. Its a waiting game, but time is running out rather quickly for VZ. Having said that it does not mean KRY will fill for arbitration tomorrow. It also means that this thing is going to come to a head, no date is recorded. ( soon )

I do not want to put a positive or negative at this point. One bad fact and this is the only one i see at this point, is that KRY does have to maintain security and maintenance on the KRY site. Fact is, its the biggest expense at this point.

A good point is that we do have and ( EXTREMELY POWERFUL MOC ) . This is backed up by the march document given to KRY. Yes they have one huge legal problem, and VZ is being made aware of this.

Talks have turn into an almost daily exercises.

Richard would not go into any political rhetoric about the GOV. which i can understand at this point.

Wish i had better news, its wait wait wait. I for one am still positive that something positive will come out of this whole mess, i am also getting really tired of waiting. I for one do not have a choice. (damn)
