This is quite a surprise to me....Anyone else?

The company is listed on the TSX, has property in VZ ( concession, or MOC?), and has just raised $9 mil for, among other things, Los Incredible 4@5. So what's the story?. Is this a JV, MOC, Concession? Is this a Canadian company? What is there permit statis as to carrying on as ussual? Who are their investors?.......Vens, Ruskies, Chinese, Iranian?

Right next to Las Crystinas.
