EZ, my post was in the context of getting a arb $ amount based on what is in the contract based on 20,000 tpd mining and processing. We all know the grade varies throughout the property.

Tell me something. Do you think an arb panel will use the average grade at LC and apply that to the 20,000 tpd or use a high grading scenario that Vanessa was going to do to make it profitable for them back when prices were down?

I think your wrong in your claim that Kry can take as much gold as they want. Do you think the can deplete LC at 20,000 tpd in 20 years? That's what is approved so far and signed off on by both sides. The two 10 year extentions aren't. Based on how Vz is treating kry lately I wouldn't put much faith in them staying silent if Kry throws an extra twenty years on the table in arbitration when it isn't signed off yet.

Again, all I am trying to get across is my opinion as to an arb award based on what is signed off in the contract. Some are kinda touchy when differing opinions are put across.
