Joe, the following quote is at the end of the bullet section in the executive summary that miney posted.

"Permitting expected to be straight forward"

This is in regard to the 40,000 tpd discussion in the exec summary of SNC developing a feasability study for same. Now, has the permitting authorized this 40,000 tpd?

This should relate to your comment of it being "simple" that the contract extensions are in place as you state. They need mutual agreement. Isn't there yet.
