Sorry if I was short in my risk/reward answer. It is just that this kind of question is too dependent on personal goals to put forth to a message board.
For example, I have been mostly a trader and my goals are short term targeting 20% gain quickly. If I hit it I would sell at least half my position. Most times I sell it all and have no concern for where it "might" go. After a small time frame of no movement or little movement I usually sell there too.
With KRY, I have bought and sold throughout and still do so as recently as selling a chunk of what I bought at .12 when we pushed .40 and bought back in recently. I have different goals with KRY now and my expectations/risk tolerance is changed. Had I followed my normal pattern I would have been long gone.
You have a 46% gain and normally I would say you would be foolish to not take some off the table. However, what if your goal is a huge gain and you are willing to risk a big chunk of what you have invested. How stable has the PPS been lately? Do you think it will drop below your entry point? Is the volatility sufficient that you can take profits now and be fairly comfortable you can get back in? Would you want to? Is a $16k gain enough? etc etc.
These are all questions only you can answer and no one else can determine it or advise. Nor should they. You are the one that will have to live with the loss or lost opportunity possibilities.
But the biggest question is would you initiate a position right now (assuming you had none)? If it still makes sense as an investment today then I would stay in. If not, then sell at least some.
