Vlada You are right!! As a matter of fact it would be even longer becouse once the mill gets to Vz. it needs to be set up .While they could do a lot of the land prep it will most likely be a full three + years. ( oh dear-- sorry, I forgot, this is Vz, lets call it a good four years.) Anyway your point is good for our side, the longer the better !!! OF
