How about this thought. Hugo says that Russian is going to mine LC and Kry has to make a deal with the Russians to sell their contract. Russia tells RF that they will gladly buy Kry out of their contact for an offer similar to what GRZ was offered. Fung contacts his friends in China and says that they have a contract to mine LC and would they be interested in buying it. The Chinese say yes and tell Hugo that they are going to buy out Kry. Hugo chokes on his coco leaves while telling the Chinese that he promised LC to the Russians as part of an arms deal. The Chinese tell Hugo that they are prepared to offer Kry 2 billion for the contract and if Hugo doesn't want China to buy out Kry they will find a different country to invest their BILLIONS. Hugo puts down his humble pie and tells the Russians that he has a problem and the Chinese want in on LC. News reports come out talking about how the Russians and Chinese will be involved in mining LC.
The only question to be answered now is how much will Kry receive in compensation!
This is just my warped fantasy and is based on no facts but sometimes dreams do come true.
