Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Thanks everyone for the reports and opinions. There is no way I could have kept up with all of this, I am still needing to go and read the transcripts from the GM.
I liked to hear that KRY hired consultants to help figure our project's value. I wonder if Chavez and buddies at the same time are trying to figure out how much it will cost to get a KRY shareholders vote to accept an offer?
The envelope calc was 2 dollars. That sounds low.
Many years ago ............I believed this stock could be a double or triple (when I was buying at 4-5 dollars) with gold selling @$1000 to $1500 oz.
So I will prob buy some more next week especially if we break back to the teens, because a $2 buyout would be 10+ times gain on these shares. I'm talking 20-30K shares, not a large sum of money.
IMHO do not think I would vote yea on any offer because I am so pissed about how nice this could have been for everyone- Including the Venezuleans. But $2-$4 would be tempting for most I'm sure if the vast majority is sick of Chavez and Venezuela as I am.
So what I am saying GWHMidgets is I will guess a $3.00 buyout, deal and resolution, even though it blows- Less, then I will guess we go to the ARB.
For the board: Does anyone have a clue as to what day it is in July we are supposed to have some answers (as to how the company will proceed)?
Hondo.
