I haven't seen anyone talk about the announcement that the Russian Government and the VZ government are starting a BANK together, with initial funding of 4 billion dollars.

I believe this is apart from all the other announcements of bond offerings etc.

IMO, this could be where the money comes from to finance a Russian entity, possibly with a Rusoro conection, to purchase KRY.

On another note, could it be possible that the KRY contract be bought , but that KRY would be 'contracted back 'to get things up and running? The best of both worlds?
